Appraisal Fees
Our fees are based on location, time, and effort. We return
completed appraisals within two days after the date of completion. Below are basic fees for appraisal assignments based on industry-standard forms. Fees may be increased because of the difficulty of the assignment. Factors that might raise the fee:
- Waterfront (see price list below)
- Large customer homes
- High value with lack of comparable sales
- Large lot (acreage)
- Unusual property characteristics
- Special client requirements
